"February 8, 1992, I responded to a Daily News article for a James Dean
look-a-like contest to be held at 'Ellen's Stardust Diner'. The judge was talk host, Joe Franklin. I won the contest and received a leather jacket and an appearance on Mr. Franklin's show.
Soon thereafter I started meeting Agents in New York that represented look-a-like talent. I found out that the Curator of the James Dean gallery, David Lore who
owns the largest collection of James Dean memorabilia had a loft in New York. David told me about the James Dean Festival that happens in September in Fairmont, Indiana called the 'The Rebel Run'.

- Invited back to Cut the Cake and host James Dean's Birthday party at Ellen's Stardust with another appearance on the 'Joe Franklin's Show'
- Invited back to Indiana to host James Dean weekend. Hired by Best Western Sterling House in Anderson as the Hotel's 'James Dean'
- Hosted a Radio show in Anderson
- At home in New York, local newspaper articles start appearing each year about doing James Dean. Liz Smith column's referred to me as James Dean look-a-like and authority
- Contacted by Paris Agency to shoot new Rock Video 'The Legend of Jimmy' - Sung by Diane Tell, produced by Miguel Beger
- J. D.'s Journey into the Darkness - 22 hour video project, directed by Eti Doran
- Chosen to unveil the James Dean stamp on television with James Dean's cousin, Marcus Winslow
- Moved from New York to California to be closer to the Movie Industry
- Hired by Cable 1 of Germany to shoot a German TV commercial as James Dean. Spokesperson as James Dean for Vornado fans
- First Motion Picture roll as James Dean in a movie called 'NEBRASKA - as an angel , I return from heaven to stop a guy from committing suicide and help him to realize the value of life. An Independent Film submitted by Michael Nash to the Robert Redford, Sundance Film Festival soon to be released
